Derozan and Hamilton battle at Pangos Camp

LYNWOOD, Calif. -- Somewhat of an aberration occurred during the Pangos Fullcourt Press All-West Camp: an intriguing encounter between two of the finest prospects in the country lived up to the hype. 6-6 rising senior Demar Derozan (Compton, Calif.), coming off an outstanding performance at the Lebron James Skills Academy, went head-to-head with fellow city rival 6-6 rising junior Jordan Hamilton (Compton, Calif./Dominguez).
Although both players had outstanding games, we'll give the nod to Hamilton. Derozan was very efficient with his 3-point shooting -- including his potent step-back three -- and had the dunk of the event -- a Jordan-esque windmill over an unfortunate Dominguez player we'll not mention.
