Nash, Wright, Lucas impressive at HoopHall Classic

The 2007 version of the Spalding HoopHall Classic was held this weekend at Springfield College in Springfield, Mass. This event is one of my favorites on the high school circuit because it combines both high school and prep school teams. The venue is just right, the caliber of play is very high and the enthusiasm in the stands was perfect.
Here is a recap of the games I saw on Sunday and Monday with many of the top performers that were in Springfield:

John Carroll joined Scouts Inc. after nine years as an NBA coach, including a seven-year tenure with the Boston Celtics that concluded with a four-month stint as interim head coach in 2003-04. Before joining the NBA, Carroll spent six years as head coach at Duquesne University and seven years at Seton Hall as an assistant to head coach P.J. Carlesimo.
