To say LSU commit Phelon Jones (Mobile, Ala./McGill-Toolen) comes from a football family may be an understatement. The nation's No. 4-rated cornerback has been around the game of football since he was a baby.

"My father played, and both my brothers played, so when I started, I just followed in line," said Jones.

He's had plenty of exposure to the game and guidance growing up. He has one brother, Tiger, who recently finished his playing career at Louisville and will now head to the Arena Football League and another brother, Carvel, who is a red-shirt freshman at Troy. He also has a cousin Robert McCune, who was raised in his house, and is now in the NFL with the Miami Dolphins.
