Prep route could benefit Noel Devine

Turner in Vero Beach, Fla.: Will Noel Devine be able to sign with a major university this year or will he have to go to prep school like Milford Academy?

Craig: Noel Devine (North Fort Myers, Fla.) will probably sign with a school on national signing day, but it does not look like he will be able to go to a Division I school right away. It appears at this point that the very talented running back will be heading to prep school, most likely Milford Academy (N.Y.).
