Samuels, Jennings on top entering NBPA Camp

The 2007 National Basketball Players Association (NBPA) Top 100 Camp, which has relocated this year to the state-of-the-art John Paul Jones Arena at the University of Virginia, will feature many of the nation's elite high school basketball players.
The top-rated prospect in this 14th annual NPBA Camp is Samardo Samuels (Newark, N.J./St. Benedict's), ESPN's pre-summer No. 1 Class of '08 prospect (rising senior). The 6-9, 245-pound power forward and native of Jamaica recently committed to Louisville and is a physically-dominating, yet highly-skilled inside force. He is a great representative of his nation and is hopeful that he can open the door for more talented young men from Jamaica to come to the U.S. to achieve success in basketball.
