The first of our 17 nationally televised high school games this season on the ESPN family of networks kicked off with a bang Saturday with some surprising results and also some surprising performances as well.
Our first matchup featured two teams we initially felt would be evenly matched, but No. 9 Booker T. Washington (Miami) made it a point to make it perfectly clear who not only had the best team, but also the best players in a 36-3 romp over No. 8 Summerville (S.C.).
