Utah seems to be emerging as a place to find good prospects. There will likely always be a limit to the amount of talent that can be found here and it does seem that a handful of high schools produce the majority of top-end talent, but the amount of good prospects available also seems to be on the rise. Programs like USC, UCLA, Oregon, Notre Dame and California have recently landed talent from here and the last two classes have produced three Under Armour All-Americans.

The 2009 and 2010 classes have produced some of the best levels of talent in recent years and this could be a sign of what the future holds. The state also has a history of producing talented Polynesian players, like UCLA signee Xavier Su'a-Filo (Provo, Utah/Timpview) in the 2009 class and Bronson Kaufusi (Provo, Utah/Timpview) in this class.
