Offseason Moves
Minnesota's offseason was a downer before it even started, because they haven't changed general managers.It defies logic that McHale can be allowed to lead the rebuilding of a team he mangled so badly in the first place, and yet it's happening. So far he hasn't done anything horribly destructive -- well, other than everything that led to this point -- but give him time. The team is set to have huge chunks of cap space available in 2010, so if a new GM is in place by then he might be able to do something useful with it.
