But if there's a potential negative, it's how to keep all of these big names satisfied. Shaquille O'Neal and Dwyane Wade took most of the shots last season and will expect to again this year. That leaves little on the plate for players who've grown used to dominating the ball. Payton, remember, bristled at his lack of touches the last time he played on a team with Shaq. And both Walker and Williams have penchants for chucking 3s off the dribble with 18 on the shot clock. They'll have to control their itchy trigger fingers and understand that the first priority on every play is throwing it in to The Diesel -- and the second is to let Wade break down his man off the dribble. Overall, then, it's a talented mixture, but also a volatile one. Convincing the new guys to take fewer shots will be Stan Van Gundy's biggest challenge.
