The contrast between these two players is sharp. Sullinger is round and arrived in the NBA deeply polished as a post scorer and overall basketball player. Few bigs accomplished more than he did as an amateur (he would have been a top-5 pick if not for his back issues). Ibaka is lean, strong and explosive, but arrived in the NBA as a raw offensive talent. It's ironic, in a sense, that Ibaka is the far better shooter, a skill that Sullinger has not shown as a rookie.
