After announcing Tuesday that he'll attend Kansas in the fall, high school star Andrew Wiggins has taken another step toward realizing his NBA dreams. Indeed, NBA scouts will be crawling all over Lawrence, Kan., this coming season during practices and games in an attempt to evaluate Wiggins with a fine-toothed comb, something they can do with less restriction than when he was in high school.
