Teams poised to move up or down in standings after offseason moves

Even with the biggest piece of them all, Dwight Howard, staying put (for now), it's been one wild offseason in the NBA. From the deep-but-perhaps-star-challenged draft, to the stunning trade of Joe Johnson, to the controversial movement of Jeremy Lin and other free agents, some teams have helped themselves, while others have suffered significant losses.

Here are five teams I think will take a leap forward in the 2012-13 season based on the strength of their offseason moves, and five I think will fall down in the standings.
