Stephen Curry is ready to rise
Warriors point guard could break through this season; Odom primed for drop-off
As ESPN.com's player rankings reach the top 50, we had two of our Insiders evaluate a player who figures to rise up the ranks next season, and another who is likely to slide.

By the numbers: If the Warriors want to be serious about winning, it's time to hand the keys over to Curry and have someone other than Monta Ellis riding shotgun. Not to disrespect Ellis' scoring capabilities, but the future of the franchise should belong to Curry, a 23-year-old who's already a better player than Ellis and costs a third of the price.
