Who makes Team USA's final cut?

With USA Basketball reconvening last week for the final round of practice before the 2014 FIBA World Cup and playing an exhibition game in Chicago against the Brazilian national team, the battles for the final spots on the roster that heads to Spain are taking shape. In fact, they could soon take place, as USA Basketball chairman Jerry Colangelo told our Marc Stein that the team might cut down to 12 or 13 later this week after Wednesday's exhibition against the Dominican Republic.
Here's my look at the competitions for the last four spots on the roster, and how I would fill them.
