Clearly rusty Lakers star has a long road back to recapture his old form
Kobe Bryant made his long-awaited return to game action Sunday night, almost eight months after suffering a fully ruptured Achilles tendon. He is attempting to come back from one of the most devastating injuries in basketball, one that has claimed the effectiveness (not to mention the careers) of many players before him, and the odds are stacked against Bryant returning to his pre-injury form.
