Some familiar names among the best in the NBA's ultimate series

Last week in this space, we ranked every conference finals performance since 1986 (the first year for which has complete box scores), and LeBron James came out on top. That is as of Game 5 of this year's series, in which he averaged a cool 30.5 PPG, 7.5 RPG, and 5.0 APG on a 62.8 True Shooting Percentage.
