Postseason MVP Rankings: No. 1?

As the games are indicating, the remaining teams are very closely matched. And all four squads must be pleased with how their stars are performing. As an appropriate note in the week of the NBA draft lottery, two of the guys on our postseason MVP list were No. 1 picks, five others were top-five picks, two were late first-rounders and one was a second-round steal. Every player on this list was, or still is, among the top few players in the world at their positions.

(Reminder: In determining the rankings, we factored in performance in wins -- what the players are doing in wins usually matters most in the playoffs -- and quality of the opponent and the challenge overall. These rankings also take into account previous rounds.)
