Rookie Watch: West whipping East

For three seasons now, I've been ranking and analyzing the rookies. In that time, it's become clear that the Western Conference teams have been far more successful at drafting and incorporating players into their programs.

Consider that the Western Conference is already better than the Eastern Conference and has been, for the most part, for years: It holds eight of the last 11 NBA titles, better playoff teams overall this season, a better overall record this season, and so on. And the beating could get worse.
