Rookie Watch: Midseason awards

My turn to do a midseason report. Let's hand out awards to this interesting rookie class, which is top-heavy with guards but also contains a few bruisers and some sweet shooters.

We're featuring most of the standard categories, except for "best defender," because, well, it'd be like picking the sweetest lemon out of a barrel -- the rookies have a long way to go there. And we threw in a few fun ones, too, stuff that scouts look for.
