A nickel of thought on the rest of the league:

1. While Tony Parker was awesome, San Antonio's performance didn't do much to alleviate the concerns about their ability to survive without Manu Ginobili. The Spurs got 111 points from three players and just 18 from the rest, and defensively they were again notably below championship caliber. Some upcoming cream puffs on the schedule might allow San Antonio to get back on the good side of the .500 mark, but the bigger issue remains that it hasn't defended anywhere near its historic norms, and its offensive attack has been hugely reliant on Parker and Tim Duncan.
