Who has the best supporting cast?

The most amazing thing about Miami's win over Houston on Sunday, of course, is the fact that Chris Bosh, LeBron James and Dwyane Wade became the first trio of teammates in 50 years to have 30 points and 10 rebounds in regulation in the same game. Adjust for the much faster pace they played in 1960-61, in fact -- that season was the fastest in league history -- and what Miami did was totally unprecedented.
