The 2009-10 All-Breakout Team

It's opening day for most of the league Wednesday, and you know what that means. Just as the NBA had some dramatic returns Tuesday night -- like the return of the old Agent Zero to the Wizards, or the return of Kevin Garnett to Boston, or the return of Cleveland's everybody-stand-around-and-watch-LeBron offense -- another staple of the landscape around here returns Wednesday with the first edition of PER Diem.

Let's open the season with one of my annual rituals: the All-Breakout Team. For those who don't recall, this is the inherently risky endeavor in which I try to pick out a group of players who are likely to show significant improvement in the coming season.
