Player Efficiency Rating: International players, 1 to 20

As part of ESPN.com's look at the impact of international basketball talent on the NBA, here's a look at all 86 players who are currently on NBA rosters and were born overseas, along with a brief description of what they bring to the table.

The players are ranked in order of their 2006-07 Player Efficiency Rating (PER). For those who aren't familiar, PER is a rating I developed for a player's per-minute statistical effectiveness. You can find much more about it by clicking here.
