NBA Insiders Amin Elhassan and Bradford Doolittle break down the draft profile, needs and potential picks of the 14 teams eligible for the NBA draft lottery this year. With some help from Chad Ford's Big Board of top 30 prospects, we take a look at the Oklahoma City Thunder.

Personnel needs: playmaking PG, SG, C

Major need: Oklahoma City general manager Sam Presti is a wizard. Not only did his Thunder improve their winning percentage for a fourth straight season, but he also upgraded their financial prospectus and kept the franchise positioned to keep the talent spout wide open. OKC owns the No. 12 pick in the draft and has three of the first 32 picks overall. Another pair of first-rounders lie in the offing next season. Meanwhile, the team is still young and is coming off a campaign in which it finished second in offensive efficiency and fourth on the defensive end.
