Now that the NCAA's date for underclassmen to withdraw from the draft (and retain college eligibility) has passed, it's time to check back in with our third mock draft of the season. Remember, however, that the NBA allows players to declare for the draft up until April 29, so the NCAA can't do anything to stop a player from changing his mind and declaring in the next few weeks. But we have our first clear look at who's in and out of the draft. What follows is our best stab at a first-round mock draft after taking into account team needs.
