ESPN.com has talked to multiple NBA scouts and GMs over the course of the season to give you a look at the top five NBA prospects they'll be watching in each NCAA tournament regional.

Here's a look at a few draft prospects flying under the radar to keep your eyes on during the tourney.

West Regional

Jerel McNeal, G, Sr., Marquette

The Good: McNeal has become one of the most efficient scorers in the country thanks to a huge improvement in his 3-point shooting this season. He is also an excellent athlete who can run the floor and be a lockdown defender.

The Bad: He is pretty undersized for the 2-guard position; he doesn't create a lot off the dribble; and his shooting percentage really spiked this season, leaving some to wonder whether it's an aberration.

The Upside: In a league that loves athletic shooters who can play lockdown defense, McNeal should get a close look. If he has a huge tournament, he might get the momentum he needs to make a push for the first round.
