Jeff Goodman's final mock draft

A final look at the first-round projection for Thursday night's draft

The NBA draft is just hours away, and there's still plenty of uncertainty. Will Cleveland take Jabari Parker, Andrew Wiggins or make a trade? How far will Joel Embiid fall?

Here's my mock draft 5.0.

Remember, this isn't a mock draft based on what I would do. It's based on information gathered from NBA executives, college coaches and other industry sources. It's a projection.

1
Jabari Parker
Cleveland Cavaliers (0 - 1)
COLLEGE: Duke
HT: 6-8
WT: 241
POS: SF

This is a difficult one to predict. Dan Gilbert likes Andrew Wiggins, but the majority of the scouting department favors Parker. There's also the chance that the Cavs deal the pick. I'm still sticking with Parker -- even though he didn't exactly wow the organization in a recent workout.

2
Andrew Wiggins
Milwaukee Bucks (0 - 1)
COLLEGE: Kansas
HT: 6-8
WT: 200
POS: SG

The Bucks prefer Parker, but would not be upset with Wiggins -- the ultra-athletic wing to join Giannis Antetokounmpo, John Henson and Larry Sanders.
