Summary: On talent, Banks would be a lock for the first round and one of the top five small forwards in the draft. But all of the other issues will come back to haunt him. No one wants to give guaranteed money to kid with this much baggage. In the second round, he could be a steal, if he can get to a team that's willing to develop him.
