It still feels a little early to put together a 2013 Mock Draft. The Top 100 is still in major flux, and even the Top 10 still appears to be up for grabs.

But it is becoming clearer which teams will be playing our Mock Draft Lottery machine a lot over the next few months.

Three teams -- the Washington Wizards, the New Orleans Hornets and the Charlotte Bobcats -- are listed in John Hollinger's Playoff Odds with a zero percent chance of making the postseason. A handful of other teams have a less than 5 percent chance of making the playoffs.

Barring an amazing reversal of fortune, their seasons are essentially over. And their focus now narrows keenly on how to get better this summer. The draft is their most effective weapon usually. However, this year the general attitude toward the draft is one of depression. There just aren't any players who are immediate franchise talents. However, when you are as bad as most of these teams are anything will help.

Over the next few weeks, I'm going to break down the potential draft prospects for teams mired in the lottery. This week we start with the worst team in the NBA -- the Wizards.
