Ranking the World Series' top 25
Top to bottom, I would say the Texas Rangers are the more talented, deeper team in this year's World Series. Of course, we all know that doesn't necessarily mean a whole lot over the course of a seven-game series, or that Texas will bring home the title, as any perceived advantages can be mitigated over such a short time frame.
Arguably, neither the Rangers nor the Giants had the most talented, deepest teams in their respective leagues among playoff teams, yet here they are battling it out for the championship.
Still, from a pure scouting perspective, let's look at the top 25 players on the rosters for this year's Fall Classic.
