Editor's note: As shown in the inline below, this is one component of an effort by ESPN Insider to keep you up to date on prospects and organizational development. Each Monday, Kevin Goldstein of Baseball Prospectus will focus on 10 key players in the minor leagues; each Wednesday, he'll focus on the development of three organizations. In between, you'll get plenty from Keith Law, Jason A. Churchill and the rest.

Keith Law's most recent Organizational Rankings, from this past winter, were quite accurate. Dead last? The White Sox. While the situation isn't going to get better overnight, the ChiSox do have two guys on the list below of 10 to watch in the minors right now: Dan Hudson, a right-handed pitcher, and Brandon Short, an outfielder. Also scattered below: former No. 1 overall guys (Tim Beckham), No. 2 overall guys (Mike Moustakas) and guys that might be closer than anyone else to "The Show" (Mike Stanton of the Marlins). Enjoy.
