Is Todd Helton bound for the Hall of Fame? Since he is 35 years old and under contract through 2011 while approaching no major milestones, it doesn't seem to be a burning question at present. Still, the first baseman of the resurgent Colorado Rockies is contributing to the wild-card chase with a .323/.400/.505 (batting average/on-base percentage/slugging percentage) showing to date and did become the 50th member of the 500 doubles club.
