Performance analysis: During the radio broadcast of Thursday's game between the Yankees and the Nationals, a local beat writer joined New York announcers John Sterling and Suzyn Waldman in the booth, relaying an anecdote regarding manager Joe Girardi's attitude toward Alex Rodriguez's struggles.
