30/30: After WBC, Peavy's flag is red

Let's not sugarcoat this: It's going to be a rough road ahead for the San Diego Padres. They won't get out of the National League basement any time soon, but it will help if veterans Jake Peavy, Brian Giles and Adrian Gonzalez can shoulder the load. However, the Padres may be even better suited for the long run had Peavy started this season in another uniform.
