When will the Texas Rangers finally have a pitching staff that prevents runs as well as their lineup produces them?
Despite consistently having one of the best offenses in the league the past 10 seasons, the Rangers have only one playoff appearance to show for it. The identity and fate of the 2008 Rangers was all too familiar -- with Josh Hamilton and Ian Kinsler having breakthrough seasons at the plate and the Rangers' pitching staff in shambles.
