Yehuda Hyman: Rob, have you ever looked at the similarities between Derek Jeter and Pete Rose's careers? This is of course based solely on hits, not power numbers.
Through Rose's 10th season, when he was 31, he had 1,922 hits. Through Jeter's 10th season, when he was 31, he had 1,936 hits.
