Testing results should be public
Tougher steroid testing alone isn't enough — fans deserve public test results.

For those who weren't convinced before that steroids are a huge problem for Major League Baseball, welcome to the club. Now we're all wondering, how should MLB solve the problem?
As a fan and former player, I believe tougher testing is the only solution. No more random testing -- let's have testing with teeth. Test everybody, once a month at least.
