Chamberlain, Buchholz among untouchable prospects

Five teams are dominating the headlines in trade talks for Johan Santana, Miguel Cabrera, and potential trade targets such as Erik Bedard and Dan Haren. The Yankees, Mets, Angels, Dodgers and Red Sox all have the prospects and the money to make such a move and be able to talk contract extension with whomever they acquire.
Certainly, another club could get involved. For instance, Toronto could get the Orioles' attention with a Dustin McGowan/Travis Snider package. And if the Reds wanted to go for it now, they could do something similar, putting together a package using their outfield excess and adding one of their top pitching prospects, either Homer Bailey or Johnny Cueto. But the aforementioned five teams are, by all accounts, the front-runners. So who are some of the top prospects, available or untouchable, on these clubs?
