Breaking: Bailey to have Tommy John surgery 
Top prep catching prospect Luke Bailey of Troup County (Ga.) High School will have ulnar collateral ligament surgery, better known as Tommy John surgery, early next week to repair damage in his throwing elbow. The 6-foot-1, 200-pound Bailey isn't down-and-out about his misfortune, however, despite how much it is likely to affect his draft status.
