Henry Rodriguez, RHP, Oakland: Owner of one of the quickest arms in baseball, Rodriguez has been clocked as high as 100 mph, although I've only got him up to a measly 98 mph. His secondary stuff is all raw, and his fastball command is a ways off. His arm may be too quick for his own good.
