Huskies' D can help Connecticut cut down the nets
ARLINGTON, Texas -- This is starting to feel somewhat familiar isn't it? In 2011, Connecticut won a national title by playing four games of great offense followed by two games of incredible defense.
The group of Huskies we're watching now hasn't matched that perfectly, but seeing coach Kevin Ollie's team hold Florida to just 53 points in a 57-possession game sure brought back memories of the 2011 Final Four. Once again, Connecticut is playing outstanding D in the month of April. Should we have seen this coming? And what does it mean for Monday's title game?
