The winner of eight games in a row and the Big East tournament champion, the Louisville Cardinals are the best and most efficient defensive team in the country and have won with their defense. Rick Pitino has changed his style of play since the regular season, and his team has played more up-tempo with more full-court pressure since the beginning of the Big East tournament. The change has paid off, as Pitino has a fresh team that is now healthy, attacking and punching first.
