Projecting the most efficient defenses in the nation for the upcoming season

By now, I trust you've seen my forecast on which five teams will have the best offenses in the country this season. Today, I'm going to give equal time to the defense.

The first thing you'll notice is that no team made both lists. I suppose that means at the current time I'm not seeing an equivalent to Kentucky in 2011-12 (dominant on both sides of the ball). Of course, as more games are played, that view might change. I'll keep you posted.
