Georgia Tech Yellow Jackets

2012-13: 16-15 (6-12 ACC)
In-conference offense: 0.93 points per possession (11th)
In-conference defense: 1.00 points allowed per possession (6th)

The Yellow Jackets stumbled badly out of the gate in conference play last season, opening 0-5 against their league opponents. But, with a big assist from the schedule-maker (Tech's first five ACC games included road dates at Duke, North Carolina and NC State, as well as a home game against Miami), Brian Gregory righted the ship after that. The Ramblin' Wreck began to play much better on offense, and by late February, the team was eminently respectable after beating Maryland in Atlanta by 10 and winning road games against the likes of Wake Forest and Virginia Tech.
