Much of Central Connecticut State's future was decided this offseason, as star guard Kyle Vinales flirted with the option of transferring. Vinales averaged 21.6 points a game last season, seventh in the nation. There were reports that he was transferring to Toledo, before he ultimately returned to the Blue Devils.
