Cornell Big Red

2012-13: 13-18 (5-9 Ivy)
In-conference offense: 1.02 points per possession (4th)
In-conference defense: 1.10 points allowed per possession (8th)

In most conferences in college basketball, getting a fifth year of eligibility for your best player who missed a season due to injury would be an automatic decision. Not so in the Ivy League, where schools prioritize academics and do not let players play as grad students. This is why Errick Peck, Cornell's dynamic power forward, will finish his collegiate career at Purdue instead of in Ithaca.
