Louisiana-Monroe Warhawks

2012-13: 4-23 (3-17)
In-conference offense: 0.92 points per possession (11th)
In-conference defense: 1.09 points allowed per possession (11th)

ULM has gone 14-73 in Keith Richard's three seasons at the helm, finishing in the Sun Belt cellar each time. For 2013-14, Richard has several returning contributors. The most important is senior guard Amos Olatayo, who has the team's highest returning offensive rating (96) while posting a usage rate of 28 percent and taking 32 percent of his team's shots when on the floor. Olatayo will be the primary weapon on offense, and he does a good job hanging onto the ball and converting his 2s.
