Fordham Rams

2012-13: 7-24 (3-13 A-10)
In-conference offense: 0.94 points per possession (16th)
In-conference defense: 1.13 points allowed per possession (15th)

It's been six seasons since Fordham finished a season better than .500, and 21 since the Rams reached the NCAA tournament. So if there's one thing Tom Pecora doesn't have to worry about this season, it's high expectations.

Well, except his own. With four starters and three key reserves back, Pecora feels his program is ready to make a move in the fourth season of a massive rebuilding project. He calls this his most talented squad at the school and, as a result, "the win/loss column should change," he says. "I believe we can have a winning season."
