Cal State Northridge Matadors

2012-13: 14-17 (5-13)
In-conference offense: 1.03 points per possession (8th)
In-conference defense: 1.08 points per possession (8th)

Cal State Northridge made the splashy hire, bringing in former NBA All-Star Reggie Theus in the hope that he can spring the program to a quick turnaround much like he did at New Mexico State. Theus has deep roots in the Los Angeles area, and his relationships there, along with his name recognition, should pay dividends in recruiting.
