2013-14 Preview: Colgate Raiders
Burnatowski must shoulder scoring load if Raiders are to avoid last place
2012-13: 11-21 (5-9)
In-conference offense: 0.94 points per possession (7th)
In-conference defense: 1.03 points allowed per possession (5th)
In coach Matt Langel's second season, Colgate improved its defense markedly and finished with its best conference record in three seasons. The Raiders excelled on the glass, where 6-foot-11 center John Brandenburg and 6-6 forward Brandon James posted some of the league's best numbers. But Brandenburg and James graduated during the offseason, along with starting point guard Mitch Rolls, leaving Colgate with quite a few holes to fill.
